What is a Block in PravaApp?

A Block is a timed focus session in PravaApp — typically 10, 25, 50, or 90 minutes — that ends with a Block Receipt: Flow Points from 0 to 100, a minute-by-minute composition, top apps across every device, and a note from your Attention Coach. "A Pomodoro with a receipt."

The three kinds of Block

Focus Block

A Block spent working. Every minute is rated, and the Receipt awards Flow Points (0 to 100) based on how intentional the session was. Devices you touched and apps you opened are grouped into Focus Positive, Focus Neutral, and Focus Negative.

Break Block

A Block spent resting. The Receipt still shows devices and duration — your away-from-screen minutes counted but not scored. Rest isn't something to win at.

Offline Block

A commitment to stay away from every screen for a set time. The Receipt shows whether you honored the commitment, and awards Flow Points as a verdict — full marks if you stayed offline, none if you didn't. The app knows.

Is this the same as the free browser Pomodoro?

No. The free browser Pomodoro at prava.app/blocks is a public preview with a simplified receipt (one tab only). The full Blocks feature — with Flow Points, cross-device tracking, and AI Attention Coach notes — is inside the installed PravaApp clients for Windows, macOS, and Android, and in the web dashboard.
